Beijing, December 5th—Li Jun, Vice-minister of the International Department of the CPC Central Committee, met here today at noon with a cadre study group of the Sudan People's Liberation Movement (SPLM) of South Sudan headed by Jacob Aligo Lolado, Member of the SPLM National Liberation Committee.
Speaking positively of the CPC-SPLM relations and China-South Sudan relations, Li expressed that the CPC-SPLM relations play an important political leading role in relations between the two countries. The CPC is willing to further deepen communication and cooperation with the SPLM in various fields, so as to continuously promote China-South Sudan relations to higher levels.
Jacob noted that South Sudan attaches great importance to its relations with China. The SPLM is ready to learn from ruling experience with the CPC to propel an in-depth relations between both countries.
