Qian Hongshan Meets with Moldovan Ambassador to China

Beijing, October 9th—Qian Hongshan, Vice-minister of the International Department of the CPC Central Committee, met here today on the afternoon with Denis Jelimalai, Moldovan Ambassador to China.

Speaking positively of China-Moldova relations, Qian appreciated the efforts made by the Moldovan Embassy in China to promote the relations between the two countries, especially to the joint construction of the Belt and Road Initiative. Qian expressed that the CPC is willing to further strengthen exchanges with major political parties of Moldova, so as to promote relations between the two countries and practical cooperation in various fields for constant and forward-looking development.

Jelimalai expressed that attaching great importance to developing relations between the two countries, Moldova stands ready to continuously deepen inter-party friendly exchanges, actively participate in the construction of the Belt and Road Initiative, and constantly improve bilateral cooperation, in a bid to benefit the two peoples.
