Song Tao Meets with RDR Delegation of Cote d'Ivoire

Beijing, January 31st—Song Tao, Minister of the International Department of the CPC Central Committee met here today with the delegation led by Souleymane Diakité Coty, Vice President of the Rally of the Republicans (RDR) and Chairman of the Road Maintenance Fund of Cote d'Ivoire.
Speaking positively of the important outcomes achieved from friendly cooperation in various fields between both countries since China and Cote d'Ivoire established diplomatic relations 35 years ago, Song welcomed Coty to lead the RDR delegation composing of several vice presidents and deputy secretary generals to visit China, and expressed that the enhancement of communication between ruling parties will certainly play an important political leading role in the development of national relations of the two countries. The CPC is willing to enhance friendly cooperation with the RDR in experience communication on state governance and administration and other areas, in a bid to jointly continue to inject new impetus into the development of bilateral relations.
Song introduced the main connotation and world significance of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, and said that the CPC will always commit to promoting the building of a community with a shared future for mankind.

Coty congratulated again on historic results achieved by the 19th CPC National Congress, and expressed that the RDR of Cote d'Ivoire attaches high importance to and is willing to deeply study and learn from the CPC’s successful experience, and will continuously strengthen friendly cooperation with the CPC to jointly build a community with a shared future of both countries, so as to make new contributions to the development of national relations between the two sides.
