Beijing, September 28th—Song Tao, Minister of the International Department of the CPC Central Committee, met here today with the third senior cadre study group of the Communist Party of Vietnam (CPV) led by Tran Sy Thanh, Member of the Central Committee, Secretary of Lang Son Provincial Committee and head of the delegation of Lang Son Provincial National Assembly.
Song said that China and Viet Nam are friendly socialist neighboring countries and bilateral relations serve as a community of shared future with strategic significance. The Chinese side stands ready to, together with the Viet Nam, earnestly implement the important consensus reached by General Secretary Xi Jinping and General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong, further enhance the core leading role of the relations between the two parties in the relations between the two countries, and deepen political mutual trust, so as to promote the two parties to achieve more new outcomes from friendly exchanges and cooperation in various fields. Song expressed that the Chinese side is willing to continuously reinforce in-depth experience exchanges and mutual learning and reference between the two parties in state governance and administration.
Speaking highly of historical achievements made since China’s reform and opening up 40 years ago, Tran Sy Thanh sincerely wished the 19th CPC National Congress a complete success, and expressed that Viet Nam is willing to work with China to further consolidate traditional Vietnam-China relations and push forward relations between the two parties and the two countries for constant development.
