Zheng Xiaosong Meets with Delegation of Cadre Training Class on Left-wing Political Party Theories from South Asia

Beijing, September 11th—Zheng Xiaosong, Vice minister of the International Department of the CPC Central Committee met here today with the delegation of the cadre training class on South Asian left-wing political party theories, which composed of 15 representatives of left-wing political parties from Bangladesh, India, Nepal and Sri Lanka.

Speaking positively of the new progresses of the relations between China and South Asian countries, Zheng appreciated South Asian left-wing political parties for playing a positive role in advancing the development of the relations between China and South Asian countries and expressed that the CPC stands ready to deepen party-to-party relations with South Asian left-wing political parties and jointly make greater contributions to promoting friendly relations between China and South Asian countries. Zheng mainly introduced achievements made by the CPC since the 18th CPC National Congress and the significance of the upcoming 19th CPC National Congress.

Representatives of all political parties unanimously wished the upcoming 19th CPC National Congress a complete success and believed that the CPC will be certain to constantly push forward the localization of Marxism in China and open up a new situation of the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics. All parties look forward to intensifying exchanges and cooperation with the CPC, as well as studying and referring the CPC’s valuable experience of party administration and management, so as to make unremitting efforts in actively promoting the friendly relations between all South Asian countries and China.
